Services & Booking
1.1 Service Scope Twin Palms Carpet Cleaning provides residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and related cleaning services in Northern Colorado.
1.2 Scheduling & Appointments Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person. Customers must provide accurate details when scheduling services. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure, staff availability, appointment details, changes in schedule, etc.).
1.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Service Fees Pricing varies based on the service type, size of the area, and cleaning requirements. Estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to change upon an in-person evaluation.
2.2 Payment Terms Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. Deposits may be required based on service type. A late fee may be applied to outstanding past due balances.
2.3 Promotions and Discounts Promotional offers, coupons, and discounts cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

4.1 Access to the Property Customers must ensure clear access to the cleaning area and water source. Any pets must be secured during the cleaning service. We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture unless agreed upon in advance.
4.2 Pre-Cleaning Preparation Customers should remove small items, fragile belongings, and valuables from the cleaning area. If excessive debris or hazardous conditions exist, we may refuse service or charge an additional fee.
5. Service Satisfaction & Liability
5.1 Quality Guarantee We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5.2 Limitations of Liability We are not liable for pre-existing stains, wear and tear, discoloration, or damage due to improper carpet or upholstery care before service. While we take precautions, we are not responsible for damage to fragile items, furniture, or flooring caused by required movement during cleaning. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
